MAPPT does all of the calculating for you. Behind the simple two page document that you see is a myriad of complex formulas which have been protected by software. The purpose of the protection software is to protect you from making unintended changes or deleting cells by accident.
Once the payslip has been entered it is still a matter of keying the following information into your accounting package or accounts records:
Total Ordinary Hours and Ordinary Time Earnings
Total Overtime Hours and Overtime Earnings
Your software accounting package will automatically calculate leave accrual and save the necessary tracking of ordinary and overtime hours. MAPPT will have processed the complex formulas to achieve the dollar values to be inserted into your accounts.
